Brad started his career with Coopers & Lybrand (now PWC) in 1988 and since then has held a variety of senior roles spanning the globe with companies such as Bankwest, Sealcorp holdings (which operated the first investment platform in Australia, Asgard) and his penultimate role as Director of Boutique Advisers.
In 2016, Brad fulfilled a lifelong ambition to start up his own business in Acuity Advisers, which is a niche provider of full-service financial advice to personal & business clients.
In his spare time, Brad loves spending time with his family & friends, as well as keeping fit through cycling, surf-skiing, and group gym classes. He also enjoys travel, both in WA and offshore, and building furniture with his passion for woodwork.

Damien started his professional career as a tax accountant in South Perth where he worked for 5 years before moving to London where he worked at State Street investment bank. He transitioned into a financial planning role in 2007 becoming a shareholder and director of a well-regarded financial planning firm.
Damien is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) and holds an Advanced Diploma in Financial Services. He has a strong background in tax, accounting, superannuation, investment markets, insurance and financial planning and always looks to explain complex matters in a clear, simple and precise manner.
Damien is passionate about all things sport related being a keen Eagles supporter and plays hockey at the Old Aquinian’s club where he acts as Treasurer. Damien and his wife Sally have two young children, a daughter, Kaia and a son, Zave.

Kirsten started her career in Financial Planning in 1996. Prior to starting at Acuity Advisers she worked at Boutique for 12 years in a Practice Management Role and has been fortunate to experience many roles within the industry. She gets the most enjoyment from operating behind the scenes in Practice and Client Management positions.
Kirsten studied Commerce at Murdoch University, graduating in 1994 and then went on to complete her Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning. As an Authorised Representative of Acuity Advisers, she ensures that our clients receive the best advice and service possible.
Kirsten is proud of her ‘blended family’ of seven - five children, (all a year apart!) which keeps her extremely busy. During her ‘down-time’ she enjoys playing golf, cycling, going out to dinner or to the cinema.

Hayley joined the financial planning industry in 2018. She started in customer service and paraplanning roles whilst studying. She is now transitioning to become a financial adviser, completing her Professional Year.
She has a Bachelor of Commerce degree and more recently completed the Master of Financial Planning as well as the education requirements of a Certified Financial Planner. Hayley thinks of Financial Planning as a jigsaw puzzle, she enjoys finding the right strategies for a particular person or situation and has a passion for helping others.
She is a lover of theatre, dances Argentine Tango with her fiancé and treasures time with friends, family and her fur baby.

Vallerae is a strong believer in people learning from each other. As such, she has developed an interest and passion for the financial industry, where she is able to meet, learn from and help many people. Starting her career in the bank, Vallerae was able to be part of her client’s journey of buying their first car or purchasing their first home. From there, Vallerae has furthered her learning and career in the financial planning industry, assisting in building long term relationships with clients and helping them succeed in every part of their life. It brings her great fulfilment to know, that she has had a small part in helping people achieve their goals.
When she is not at work, Vallerae continues to increase her knowledge through her studies, spends every free second with loved ones, and constantly tries to experience everything the world has to offer.

Cheryl has held numerous and varied roles within the financial services industry. She commenced her career working in margin lending at CommSec. She subsequently worked at JP Morgan Chase in Sydney in various capacities as a Portfolio Analyst & Fund Accountant.
For Cheryl, the most rewarding part of her role is helping clients solve a problem, no matter how complex, and making a positive impact on their lives. She derives much satisfaction & motivation from making personal connections and the gratitude received from clients.
In her downtime, Cheryl cherishes spending time with family and friends . She also has a keen interest in art & design, dining out , fitness classes and re-discovering everything Perth has to offer.
